We are former and current citizens of Ukraine who have become victims or witnesses of the mass political repression carried out in Ukraine since 2014.
Our goal is to expose the truth to the global community about the fate of thousands of people currently imprisoned in Ukraine—both in official detention facilities and in illegal black sites—for their beliefs, for upholding life-saving measures in Russian-occupied territories under international humanitarian law, or as targets of provocations by Ukrainian security services.
There can be no peace without justice and the rule of law. Thus, we insist that any negotiations to end the conflict must include guarantees of amnesty for these individuals, the return of confiscated property, or—where applicable—independent judicial review of their cases.
